This policy explains the information used for accounts, image generation, purchases, and local files, together with the choices available to you.
1. Scope and roles
This policy applies to SEIYA IMAGE STUDIO for macOS and the connected SEIYASHA image service. SEIYASHA INC. operates the service and account data. Its affiliated company SEIYA Trading Inc. is the Apple App Store seller responsible for app distribution and Apple purchase integration.
2. Information we process
- Account identifiers, display name, email, profile image, and linked sign-in methods provided by Google, Apple, and Firebase
- Staff status, generation credits, usage, stable job identifiers, and error status
- Images you select and prompts you enter for a generation request
- App Store product identifiers, hashed transaction and original-transaction identifiers, account-token hash, store environment, credit delivery, and refund status
- App version, service-request status, and DeviceCheck/Firebase App Check validation used for reliability and security
We do not receive your Apple payment-card details or Apple Account password.
3. Images and prompts
Selected images and prompts are sent over an encrypted connection to the SEIYASHA service and processed by the currently enabled third-party AI provider to perform your request. Current providers include OpenAI. Providers may change or be added; material changes will be reflected here and in the in-app disclosure.
SEIYASHA does not permanently retain temporary source images or prompts or write them to application logs. Third-party providers may include inputs and outputs in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days by default under their own policies; they may retain them longer if required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the services or a third party from harm.
Face data: A source image or optional face-reference image intentionally selected for face-swap or person editing may contain facial imagery. SEIYASHA uses it only during the request to perform the edit, does not perform face recognition, identity authentication, or identity inference, and does not create facial templates, face embeddings, or a biometric profile. Uploaded content is held only in memory while processed; it is not written to server disk, application logs, or server history, and is released when processing ends. In the App Store version, OpenAI is the third-party processor and handles the data only as needed to provide the service, monitor safety, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations, with protection no less than described in this policy. You can revoke consent before transmission in Settings > Data Management or delete your account to remove SEIYASHA business data. SEIYASHA does not retain source face images; data already received by OpenAI is retained and deleted under OpenAI’s policy.
4. Purposes and providers
- Google, Apple, and Firebase: sign-in and account protection
- Apple: App Store payment, transaction verification, refunds, and server notifications
- Firebase App Check and DeviceCheck: authentic-app validation and abuse prevention
- The enabled AI provider: image generation and editing requested by you
We do not sell this information or use it for advertising, cross-app tracking, or data brokerage.
5. Local data and retention
Presets, history, settings, and security-scoped bookmarks remain on this Mac. Generated images are saved in the folder you choose. Clearing history does not automatically delete generated files.
Account deletion removes associated business data. Pseudonymous transaction and notification records may be retained as necessary to prevent duplicate delivery, process refunds, prevent fraud, and meet legal or financial obligations. Linkable pseudonymous sign-in markers may remain for up to 365 days to prevent duplicate starter credits. Identifiers awaiting a Firebase deletion retry are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and kept temporarily, for seven days by default.
6. Your choices and account deletion
You may revoke AI data-processing consent or delete your account in Settings > Data Management. Revoking consent leaves local features available but disables online image generation. An Apple-linked account may require fresh Apple authorization before deletion.
